About:

Cozy is the leading online property management service for landlords and renters. Cozy makes renting easier, more secure and more transparent, with simple rent payments, online rental applications, secure tenant screening and renters insurance.

Role:

Product Operations (Nov 2013 - Jul 2014)

At Cozy, I was responsible for tracking and analyzing the teams product and marketing analytics. I utilized SQL, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel to analyze user behavior data to inform product development and marketing campaigns. Additionally, I built financial models to track our growth rate and project future earnings.

Highlights:

Analytics:

I worked closely with the founders to document the business strategy and define our KPIs. Below is a Lean Canvas I created based on their input. I translated their feedback into dashboards in Google Analytics, Mixpanel and Google Spreadsheets to track our progress. I reported on the KPIs on a weekly basis.

Financial Models:

I created financial models to track our month-over-month growth. I used these to project our future growth and presented the results to potential acquirers.

Google Ad Spend:

I worked with a representative at Google in order to manage a $150,000 ad spend with Google. I worked with our design team to develop the creative and reported on the success of the campaign to the organization.
